A New Beginning: Why I'm Returning to Beauty Blogging

 

A little throwback to my early blogging days. 

There was a time when beauty blogs were one of my favorite places on the internet.

Back in 2011–2012, I started my own beauty blog, Chamber Of Beauty, where I shared my thoughts on makeup, skincare, and the products I loved using. I enjoyed writing detailed reviews, taking photos, and connecting with people who shared the same passion for beauty.

As the years went by, things changed. The cost of maintaining a website increased, blogging became less popular, and much of the beauty community shifted to video content. Around the same time, I started focusing more on YouTube, and eventually my website and hosting expired. Without renewing them, my blog quietly came to an end.

But my love for beauty never disappeared.

Over the years, I continued trying new products, sharing reviews, creating beauty content, and learning more about makeup and skincare. Yet I often found myself missing something that blogging offered—a place where thoughts could be shared in detail and where readers could take their time exploring a review.

Recently, while searching for product reviews online, I noticed something interesting. Many reviews were either very short, promotional, or limited to marketplace ratings. I found it increasingly difficult to find detailed, honest reviews written by someone who had actually used a product long enough to form a real opinion.

That's when I started thinking about blogging again.

I realized that there are still people who enjoy reading reviews before making a purchase. People who want to know how a product performs over time, who it suits, what worked, what didn't, and whether it's truly worth the money.

And that's exactly what I hope to share here.

Chamber Of Beauty with RA is my small corner of the internet dedicated to honest beauty reviews, skincare experiences, makeup , fashion, Project Pan updates, product discoveries, and everything that makes beauty such an enjoyable hobby.

Whether a product becomes a favorite or a disappointment, my goal is to share genuine experiences and thoughtful reviews that help others make informed decisions.
